This was my home for many years until we moved to the outskirts of Kirkwall.

Cantara lies in the capital of Orkney, Kirkwall and is within easy walking distance of the shops and the town’s magnificent St. Magnus Cathedral. Also well worth visiting are the Earl’s & Bishops’s Palaces, the Orkney Museum, Orkney’s new sport and leisure complex at the Pickyquoy Centre and the beautiful sandy beach at Scapa.
