Cantara is open all year round. During the mid and high season Cantara is available to you for weekly lets from Saturday to Saturday. Lets of varying duration from 4 nights are available during the low season.

LOW SEASON - November, December, January, February

27 Oct 2007 - 1 March 2008 - £50 per night - minimum of 4 nights   
Excluding festive season
22nd Dec 07 - 5th Jan 08 - £50 per night - minimum of 7 nights

SHOULDER SEASON - March, April, May, September, October

1 Sept 2007 - 27 Oct 2007 - £320 per week
1 March 2008 – 10 May 2008 - £350 per week

HIGH SEASON - June, July, August

10 May 2008 – 6 Sept 2008 - £450 per week

A deposit of £100 reserves Cantara for your holiday with full payment due 4 weeks before your arrival.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Cantara.

This is the small print – please read before booking Cantara!

Your booking implies acceptance of our terms and conditions which are as follows:

Booking and Payment

  • Payment of a deposit of £100 will reserve Cantara for your holiday.
  • 4 weeks before your arrival date balance of full payment for the duration of your stay will be requested.
  • Payment must be received before your arrival.
  • Cantara will be ready for you from 1600 on the Saturday of your arrival.
  • To allow us to prepare for our next guests we request you vacate Cantara by 1000 on the Saturday of your departure.
  • We request you leave Cantara as you found the property.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking:

  • Up to 56 - 28 days before your arrival date – your deposit will be retained
  • 28 days –14 days before your arrival date – 50% of the total cost will be retained
  • 14 days before your arrival date - 100% of the total cost will be retained
